What You'll Learn:

The 24 form, often called the simplified form, is the perfect introduction to the wonders and benefits of Tai Chi. In this class, you will learn the steps, and soft and circular movements that result in a flowing form. You will also work on deep breathing and experience the invigorating and calming beneftis of Tai Chi.


Meet Mark from Be Kool Martial Arts School:

Hi, my students call me Master Mark. I began martial arts at the age of seven and later trained at the World Tae Kwon Do University under Grandmaster Song. When I received my black belt, he encouraged me to join the master instructor program because he saw potential in me to teach the art. I went on to manage and teach at one of his schools. I also learned Tai Chi under Shifu Jennifer Yu at the same school. I love to help others who want to cultivate themselves and discover what the art can do for them. I established my own martial arts school in California in 2015 named Be Kool Martial Arts.


Be Kool Martial Arts School teaches students self-defense and discipline, helping them build self-confidence and self-esteem.

Duration: 30 minutes


Mon, 8:00 am - 9:30 am

Tue, 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Wed, 8:00 am - 9:30 am

Thur, 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Fri, 8:00 am - 9:30 am

You'll need:

Water bottle, small towel, and dress in workout outfit.
