Meet Taylor Pearon:

Hi, I'm Taylor and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Mobility Specialist through FRS (Functional Range Systems). I teach a group mobility class that focuses on joint health and body control. I previously suffered a bilateral labral hip tear that spun me into a world of chronic pain. Thankfully, I found a way to avoid double-hip surgery through a combination of therapeutic systems including FRC. I now work to support others to achieve their personal goals, whether that be a performance, pain relief, body confidence, or anything else related to improving quality of life.


I am also passionate about capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art.


Class Details:

Group size: 1-10 people

Duration: 30 minutes


M-F, 6:30 am or 7:00 am ; Tue,12:00 pm or 12:30 pm, Central Time.

Open to other timing options. 

You'll need: Floor space & occasionally a yoga block or something similar (stack of books, etc.)

  • At Finli, we work with family centric schools & studios everyday to help them run their neighborhood businesses. Due to the (COVID-19) pandemic, the majority of them have their doors shut to business to protect the community at large. So today, we're helping them get students for their online classes.
