What You'll Learn:

Learn to shake your hips like Shakira with our belly dancing classes. Here, you'll master classic moves including snake arms, hip bumps, and chest and hip shimmies. This low-impact, cardio workout will leave you sweating as you shimmy down your hallway! No experience required, beginners welcome.

 

Meet Lisa from FOY Life:

Hi, I'm Lisa and I love to dance! It all started when I joined a Polynesian dance studio and began dancing professionally at weddings, birthday parties, and luaus. I have studied bellydance for over 12 years and have taken courses from many teachers and even attended workshops at the Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive. I'm currently teaching out of two locations in Southern California.

 

FOY Life is a health center located in Agoura Hills, CA that focuses on healing therapies through teas, education and community.

 

Class Details:

Group size: 1-10 people

Duration: 30 minutes

Availability: Mon (Morning-Evening)

You'll need:

Bring your water bottle. Bellydancers typically dance barefoot but you can wear tennis shoes if that is more comfortable for you. If you have a scarf or a coin belt, those are fun to tie around your waist during class to show off your hip work!
