Class Description:

Learn a dance and get your cardio in with this Flamenco workout. Strengthen your core, legs, feet and back with Flamenco dance. Sangria not included but recommended!


Meet Sarah from Esencia Flamenca Dance Company: 

Sarah Parra has been performing and teaching Flamenco for over 25 years. She is also the owner of Esencia Flamenca Dance Company. Sarah has lived in Spain and learned Flamenco dance from many well-known teachers in Madrid, Seville, and Jerez.


Q: What excites you about your craft?


A: Flamenco ignites peoples minds, bodies and souls. Many people feel much more comfortable in their bodies and that their self-esteem improved when practice Flamenco dance. 


Q: Tell us something unique about you?

A: I am very goofy and love to have fun during class.




Flamenco Workout

  • At Finli, we work with family centric schools & studios everyday to help them run their neighborhood businesses. Due to the (COVID-19) pandemic, the majority of them have their doors shut to business to protect the community at large. So today, we're helping them get students for their online classes.
