What You'll Learn:
Awaken your core with a full-body Pilates mat class from the comfort of your home. The exercise portion of the class focuses on toning, flexibility, and posture, and then moves into upright meditative Pangalay movement to calm your mind while practicing form and building stamina.
Meet Peter from @Pilates Studio:
Hi, I'm Peter de Guzman, and I’ve been practicing and teaching Pilates for over 10 years. I started Pilates to rehabilitate from a back injury and strengthen my core. Since then, I’ve combined my Pilates skills with the meditative movement practice of Pangalay. I love seeing people transform into better versions of their physical and spiritual selves.
