About Victor Nicosia from Victorious Fitness:

Hi, I'm Victor and I am a certified fitness professional based in Los Angeles. My clients range in age from seven to 85. I focus my attention on optimizing human performance and combating negative effects placed on our physical health from the modernized world. My goal is to positively influence the quality of people's lives by helping them to overcome pain, educating them on how their bodies should move, and how to sustain progress. I'm also a self-proclaimed king of dad jokes.


Victorious Fitness is a L.A. based fitness studio that believes in building a strong fitness foundation for its clients. We are passionate about giving our clients the fitness knowledge they need to reach their goals and to sustain them.
